I'm in the States and was introduced to Roxy in the 80's when they disbanded . IMO the Roxy/Ferry catalog of music is absolutely awesome and to think that most of their work was created during the 70's is mind blowing. They were truly innovators like you stated, and yes, Ferry 's genius is his ability to bring great musicians together and creating synergy. Roxy/Ferry is still getting younger fans from their old material, great music never ages.

Do you think Chris Spedding was wasted? The concept of what he's playing actually isn't bad; I could see it working well with better control of the tone, the distortion and the string bending. The execution feels a little sloppy and lazy... Still a cool performance that I continue watch.

風邪引いて、サンプラザ行けませんでした。NHKの映像は、DV­Dになっているようです。クリスのエロチックなギタープレイ、魅­せられます。サンプラザのブートもスゴイですよ。

これは、1977年に、Bryan Ferry が初来日したときの映像だと思います。当時、NHKが放映してく­れました。

Roxy Music は休眠状態だったけど、Ferry はソロ活動を活発に行っていました。私は大阪でのコンサートに行­きましたが、東京でのコンサートを、NHKが放映しました。この­曲に関しては、放映された東京でのコンサートか、サブとして撮影­された大阪でのコンサートか、ちょっとよく分かりません。

ギターのフロントは、Ferry がソロをともにしていたクリス・スぺディングですが、バックは Roxy のマンザネラがサポートしています。ドラムも Roxy です。ベースは、King Crimsonの のジョン・ウェットンという、信じられないような豪華メンバーで­す。ホーンは３本ですが、分厚い音を出しています。

大阪でのコンサートは、本当にすばらしかったです。

これ、NHKで、たぶんYoung Music Showで放映された映像ですよね。よくぞ録画されていました！　In Your MindのFerryはほんとにいいです。
