mine was plus 17 sec /day out of the box.regulated it 3 times and finally got it to -3.5 sec/day.thats about as good as i could do.thats well within spec for this 2824 movement.it took several tweeks with a scope.i'd hoped for near perfection but couldnt quite get there.obviously i did improve on it.anybody else got got a regulation story?oh and date change is great.really lovely piece imo,mines leather clasp,black face.elegant ,low key watch,not gawdy attention getter,more subtle.

I own the Tissot Le Locle too. This watch has a very precise date changing mechanism!

Here's something I found about the use of 'IIII' instead of 'IV', There's an old clock tower in the town of Le Locle, I read somewhere that this watch got its design from the clock of the tower. Sure enougth, use of four on the clock tower is 'IIII'. You'll see the video of Le Locle tower in other youtube video... It's a awesome looking watch.
