@RenegadeTimes I feel your pain. It's $85-$100 per week just for me, and I'm a vegan that does not overeat.
Rest assured the same greed-driven scum that control conventional foods have infiltrated the organic market and are using the threat of bad health to gouge those who are care about such things.
My God, this world is sick.

I have heard from reliable sources that some popular high street multi vitamins contain a toxic type of selenium !

@miketonon FDA drugs are experiments on people. They don't care if we die. Their goal is to treat symptoms not cure or prevent.

Could you please cite the research that shows that Vitamin A interferes with Vitamin D in a multivitamin? I have searched the internet for research references and can find none. Thank you.

Just found out that Centrum's multi-vitamin contains titanium dioxide which is a possible carcinogen. And they use low quality vitamins which is harder to absorb so it's important to look for a good quality multi-vitamin.

Dr. Mercola is really an authority on nutrition and has done his research or had it done on many topics. I have been researching and taking what I consider the best vitamin/mineral/trace mineral complex available for over a year now. It is a 100% organic whole food supplement derived from sea vegetables which are 10 to 20 times more nutrient dense than land based plants. Everyone I tell who does there research is using it with great results to their health.

I would love a practice like yours Dr Mercola, to buy the big 5 Multi V's and get them all tested independently yo see what is actually in them

my Multi is a capsule, I have to take 2 as you said they can't get all the minerals in a small capsule, just switching from a dense tablet to capsule I noticed much more improvement, like actually absorbing the nutrients LOL I wasted so much cash on vitamin tablets. I have been told if u can find a good, liquid multi V go with that as its even more absorbable just make sure it has decent levels of your multi Vitamins.

@ccharlie100 That's ridiculous that the UN would have any say over what happens in this country.
How are you going to get past the restrictions that the UN has implemented in its Codex Alimentarius Rules to still obtain decent nutritional food sources?
It seems to me that those monsters are out to murder folk with poisons and nutrition starvation.

It's more affordable to supplement than to buy "everything" Organic ( even some marked organic are tainted we now know ) . I bought one brown size bag of organic groceries ( no meat ) $84.00 . I am one person. Buy this for a family and you're talking huge money for few items.
Many families are already sruggling eating tainted or GMO foods unbeknownst to them. Going for pure organic is not a financial option for them.
Trying to discern "pure" organic from the GMO junk is yet another challenge
