I bought this book, it was funny. But it was not helpful in the least. Also... there felt like this weird conservative vibe to parts of it, like it had some hidden agenda. Also, a couple of those "bad novels" they use as examples, I could've seen myself enjoying them. Anyway, good book for a laugh, not advice.

Wow. This is genuinely funny. I am afraid though that I would feel inclined to stuff my novels with everything they said you shouldn't just for the heck of it. I am like that. It also explains why I am still unpublished.
