This is part 2 of a second, shorter talk that Father Roy Bourgeois, founder of School of the Americas Watch, gave in Ann Arbor, Michigan, on Sept. 9, 2008. He discusses how he became engaged in peace and justice work in Latin America, and the U.S. ties to training Latin American dictators at the Army's School of the Americas, later renamed the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation.
