Listen to Bert Ambrose's "Streamline Strut" as I paint Marty Feldman onto a shirt. Yup.

Stenciled shirts like this one available at http://www.worktobedestroyed.com

  • Hey, question. What was the thing you sprayed on the stencil first before putting it on the shirt?

  • That's spray adhesive. You can get a can at places like Staples.

  • Cool!

And this could be any type of spraypaint? Did you have to do any ironing to make the logo survive the washing machine?

  • I suppose you could iron it, but I like the faded look. It doesn't fade that much.

  • I just ran a test wash without using heat and it had survived very well.

Only problem is that it required more paint (red on black T), so both the inside and out were coated. (will post a video on it shortly).

Thanks again, I never actually considered it possible to logo using spraypaint.

  • With dark t's, try laying down a coat of white paint before applying the color you want.

  • if u want 2 use spray mount..make it dry first b4 stick the paper 2 da shirt..

  • I use watercolor paper. Seems to hold up longer and it's easier to cut.

  • what kind of paper is the stencil on?

  • is that regular paint??
