Wario's Woods Gameplay (SNES)

This is one of my favorite Puzzle games and one of the top fav. overall games on the NES. Wario's Woods was actually the last game made for the NES. Kind of odd that Toad is actually the main hero of this story. That's kinda what I like about Wario, he's not all that evil, he's just a jerk.

I remember playing this mode. It was okay but It kept on going on and on. Is there an ending? If so what happens?

I know there was an ending in the NES version. Its showed a cut-scene of Toad defeating Wario. In this one I'm not sure. If there is an ending its probably in the CPU VS. Mode.

i got this game for my snes yesterday, dont really understand it that much but i think i sorta get the idea now, just line up groups of 3 with a bomb in it? can anyone help me out a bit i need a tutorial or something

You need either a line of two enemies and a bomb, or two bombs and an enemy to get rid of the enemies. If you find a colored diamond, then blow it up with the matching color and all the enemies of that same color with explode. You can either kick or pick up enemies and bombs to move them around. It matching correctly you can make a chain reaction and get rid of multiple enemies in a row. After the bar on the right fills up your fairy that gives you bombs turns into a bird that gives you enemies.

Toad is badass. He can run up walls, not be afraid of semi-nuclear bombs or these strange critters appearing all over the place. He can pick up 7 or so of these things and PUT THEM OVER HIS HEAD, and not even get tired! His VOICE is even cool

Every other toad sucks though...

I loved this game as a kid. Used to play it all the time and eventually got really good at it. Took a little while to complete, but it was certainly fun. ^_^
