@fractalzooms Just what sort of monster computer do you use? Granted, mine is not much to brag about but I get REALLY slow rendering on as high leves as 2^100. Well in some areas at least. Anyway, I can't imagine exploring manually at these low levels. It'd take weeks per frame for me.
All in all though, this is simply beautiful!

"My God, it's full of AR(s)!"
Freaky illusion once you stop watching... everything seems to be "shrinking" :P
hey man i have a question, at the end... how did you get there? i mean, in the zoom-work you found the fractal again an you decide to stop there? or you make the calculus work knowing that you will stop there......and by the way why 275? why not 270 or 280? ...so you make the computer work by itself and it ends in the same fractal...or you make the zoom by yourself and in a certain moment you decide to stop.....which one? CONGRATULATIONS MAN EXCELLENT WORK

@Eduardo181191 I explored "manually" and once I found this miniset - I then key-framed the animation...

is the appleman we see in the end of this vid actually existing or did you added it?
i ask, beauce i thought that you can see this characteristic shape only turned by 90, 180, 270 degrees...
MainzCalling 1 year ago
@MainzCalling it actually exists - I did not add it. that shape can be found an infinite amount of times within the original set and at any angle.
