I didn't see ONE actual dip! What you're doing is called cheating...
-
bad form...whats the point of this kind of training?
-
Doing 38 dips in 5-10 mins is the hardest .
-
did you get your tennis elbow sorted? Did you manage to get back to the dips and pull ups?
-
@NEWOSA65 You probably hurt your shoulders from poor form. You're not supposed to bounce. Control yourself on the decline. Never bounce.
-
@NEWOSA65 no

jack off instead

You're tough, man!

Awesome dude, pretty decent relative strength - hope you don't do this too often though, cause your shoulders/ligaments will get hurt from the bouncing.
Also - you must be able to do ~22 pullups, right?

fortunately,i have very durable and strong shoulders and im able to do this every day,and yes i can do about 23-24 pullups with good form :)

It doesn't matter how strong and durable you think your shoulders may be, you WILL eventually damage them as this amount of dipping done daily to a rock-bottom position will completely overtrain and wreck them - i should know because i have destroyed my shoulders dipping.. i specialised in this exercise for 2 years and gained a massive amount of chest/back thickness, however paid the price later.. started with few aches initially then pain then two frozen shoulders and 4yrs out of training! :(

@NEWOSA65
Thanks for the concern mate and pity you had to go through this.
Ironically I'm out of the game for good for yet another reason - tennis elbow from one chinup work
Its been a year and I'm still experiencing troubles with this most nagging injury.
I still feel that this was not hurting me, but who knows in the long term.
Dipping to 90 degrees or a bit bellow is much safer and wiser in any case
Cheers
