The song is called Frequency 140.85. It's originally from Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, but remixes of it were also included in MGS: VR Missions and MGS2: Substance.

If you can try playing Snake Eater from MGS3 then I might as well kill myself because I've tried soo hard to learn that song by ear and it's never worked out...I would be so jealous if you could do it..

this is from vr missions, like on a certain level or levels in the background, just don't remember which,i think its from weapon mode or just the level titled:vr mission
-
@Kadadj Well, because it would always be in effect. There are some bands that purposefully play out of pitch to create a dissonant sound for a particular atmosphere or feeling and that could possibly drive a person with perfect pitch, a little batty/annoyed.
-
@Ronnock Why the fuck would that make him cursed xD?
-
Are you one of those superhumans--no joke--who has "perfect pitch"? If so, you're blessed and cursed, heheh.
If you didn't know what it was from, why does the title say what it's from? -_-
....Or does YouTube let you change titles now?

@jpheitman Yes I changed title after I received the title from the comments.

...? how do you know how to play it, but you dont know what its from..?
Grcho420 2 years ago
Because I heard it in my head and I can instantly play what comes up in my head. So if I remember a tune, I can play it, no matter whether I know where it's from or what it is. :)

Is this something that comes naturally or did you have to develop it? If you did have to develop it, how did you do so? I can play a variety of instruments, decently, bus as far as playing whats on my mind instantly, one to one, well I can't.

Well, as a kid I just wanted to play things I heard on the radio or in computergames and played along with them. This improved my ability to 'hear' and 'translate' it into piano. And meanwhile I kept improving my playing abilities on piano with classical music and my 'creation' ability by improvising/composing own music.
This all kinda adds up to become instant ear->piano translation. (Hear it, Translate it, Improvise it, Play it)
But maybe it requires a bit of talent aswell..

Because after all, I started doing this instant playing thing when I was very young.. But over the years I've just improved the accuracy a lot by experience.
