Cyrus entered our world on February 7 2006 in Hawaii.
On the morning of January 17 2008 Cyrus' mother dropped him off at her boyfriend's house.
Her boyfriend then brought Cyrus to his grandfathers home.
While his grandfather was asleep, Matthew Higa, a neighbour came to the home. Cyrus opened the door for him.
Matthew Higa kidnapped Cyrus and brought him to a freeway overpass.
He then threw Cyrus over.
Matthew Higa was high on crystal meth & had appeared to have mental health issues prior.

From what i remember, The police were returning the baby to the grandfather because no parents were available to pick him up. The police gave cyrus to their neighbor, who had just gotten out of the hospital/ custody for doing ICE. Then he did what he did.

Not for nothing, WHY would the grandfather be asleep with a toddler in the house. And WHY wasn't the door locked, so Cyrus couldn't get out or, ya know .. hurled from an overpass by some mentally delusional with a meth problem. It''s a shame that the boy had to die while in the hands of one of the people that are SUPPOSED to protect him, only to be let down. The irresponsibility is disgusting.

the neighbour sounds really scary to me, if he had mental health problems, then he should have gone straight to a specialist hospital who help people with mental health problems.
