Im sorry, but i for one do not usually carry my pc around and set it up in places without internet. This post struck me as retarded.

How many people do you know that take their pc and set it up somewhere without internet?

Seriously.

Seeing as it's for netbooks (not laptops or desktops) you're likely to not have internet or have metered internet via 3G (which for me is 5GB a month)

Rather than criticizing on someone's comment on the internet, you should realize that many people take their laptop to rural areas. When they have the spare time, they can actually work without the internet.
For example, parents take their kids to camping for vacation. When their kids are asleep, they can work on their laptop ( excel, word ).
