the reason the eyeliner wont come off is becuase you got the waterproof one. i have the non-waterproof one and it stays on me along time but with makeup remover it goes off so easy!

@SpicySalsa36 Haven't tried that, but pretty much. I actually might try that, I'm desperate to get rid of my shaker of it. It's useless, unless someone out there actually likes powder everywhere even when the damn lid's closed.
