@JULIENVAUTIER Google Norman Rig Maya, click on Nelxon Studio. Scroll down and click the download button.
The Malcolm rig is also really good providing you use stick to the download agreement - provided by animschool
The Morpheus rig is really good too, im having trouble downloading atm - joshburton
Google the names, these are all skinned and rigged ready to go.
