Power Circles 3-28-09

Power circles from the Adult Gold Moves test. The fast end on almost all the circles is out of camera range. These are a little slower than usual at the ends. I'd just gotten my skates sharpened for the first time in months, and felt like I was skating through mud;)

I'm really glad I filmed these, since I was finally able to see what my coach has been correcting me on lately;) I needed to get a more definite underpush on the back crossovers, stay over my right hip on the back CCW crossovers, get more into my knees at the start of the CW forward crossovers, and try to point my toe on the forward crossover underpushes.

thanks!! :) I kept forgetting to bring my camera to the rink, and then I hurt my knee. So I'm just finally getting videos again. I have a couple more to post once I get them edited.
