MTA: How to put car mods without changing the original GTA SA

How to put some car mods without changing the original SA.

This is possible because MTA has a mod loading plugin (or how you want to call it).

@mattkaythetimelord is a visual thing that only you can see. It may work for servers as well. Anyways, it may be laggy
