Facebook not only holds a monopoly as a social network, but also sells your information to 3rd parties AND promotes isolationism between people. It gives them the illusion that they have "hundreds of friends", only to find yourself isolated from their families, relatives, and very few(if any) real life friends they have left. I have never created an account and probably never will; rather talk to them in flesh or by phone than anything else.
