@jjbpaca In a voluntary situation sure. Not where you don't have a say in decisions, etc. You're just expected to follow orders and nothing more.

Leadership begins with listening and thinking of others before yourself. If the people who follow you are not cared for, then how will they want to work hard for you?

@poochicuddle I've walked the earth a long time - maybe 4 or 5 times longer than you have and I can honestly tell you that TRUST is, indeed, the most important thing in a relationship between two people. It may take you a while to realize that for yourself, and I hope it is not learned the hard way - from distrustful people. Best wishes.
