In this class you will develop awareness and a greater sense of balance by integrating both yoga and pilates into one class.  By using your own body weight you will strengthen and tone muscles throughout. This class will also test your flexibility and allow you to work through breath as you get deeper into your poses. Get ready to strengthen your "powerhouse".Class ends with a deep relaxation and meditation.
