David Cameron - no vote on Lisbon Treaty for you (04Oct09)

David Cameron is interviewed by Andrew Marr, and gives the left a nice WIDE open goal to shoot at. Cameron says that if there is some EU country that has not ratified the Lisbon Treaty then the British will get a vote on the treaty. However, if by election time the treaty has been ratified by all 27, then er, well, er....we'll get back to you on that! Actually, you won't get a vote, because Cameron later says we have to be in Europe, the UK can amend from within (never happened in 30 years of the same bullsh1t).

So there you have it, the Conservative policy on Europe is to be run by Brussels, and the UK parliament to be reduced to nothing more than a local council type of setup. Communism in action, from a party that claims to be pro-freedom and pro-democracy.

'Being friends with European Union' is a crazy suggestion (knowing their form) of Andrew Marr!

The only option now is to have a european war to knock the EU off its perch for ever.

I originally voted no in the first vote here in Ireland and I then followed with a second no in the second vote! Its a shame that my fellow countrymen fell for the scare mongering used by the European Union.
