@kevdog330 I had a small problem with a new custom 24,varnish coming off the fretboard sides and PRS gave me a better model, a 10 top in exchange,now thats real dedication to customer satisfaction.

Santana's passion for PRS guitars and his music and view to life's purpose is second to none,quite unique,very inspiring guy.

Santana is one of my favorite guitarists for reasons like the ones in this video. He's so deep and passionate about making music, it's not just "playing". It's like breathing. Love it.

Both these guys are stand-up gentlemen, glad to be a proud owner of a PRS guitar and a customer to such a great company that CARES about their clientele, whether it be a big artist as Santana, or a independent player like myself.....PRS guitars is a prime example of a fine American guitar company. Don't ever change!
