the question of its use was already awnsered put if your intrested in getting the correct contents for your cs-34 case it would be tl-13 pliers and a tl-29 pocket knife what price glory might have the pocket knife and for the pliers check ebay

at 8:38 its a linesman tool pouch carried by some paratroopers it held a foldable knife and a set of pliers :D need anymore info justt ask :D oh an there normaly made from leather and its NOT made from a pistol belt !!!
