Matt Baker playing guitar in the Roger Creager Band

This is concert footage of a big show at 'Cowboys' night club in San Antonio,TX. This was one of my favorite places to play. The sound system and lights were awesome and the stage hydraulically lifted off the ground to some 20 feet in the air so that people from the first and 2nd floors could get a good look at the show. This was filmed sometime in February, 2007. We are playing "I don't think Hank done it this way" with myself on guitar, Roger on vox, John Slaughter on fiddle, Stormy Cooper on bass, Matt Medearis on drums, Allen Huff on piano, and Jimmy Trevino on hand percussion and trumpet. Arn't most of the guys gone now??? He's stitll going strong only without his beautiful wife D. They say all the country stars do it, so I'm asking you, is it true? You were great with him, but we all understand when a person has had enough of traveling that long.

Well, Roger still has is original drummer, Matt, his bass player, Stormy, his tour manager, Troy, and rest are new. I can't really speak for all country stars, but I will say that 'The Road is a jealous woman' No man can hold a normal family together while being gone on tour all the time. I assume that's why hollywood marriages never last either. It's more about the entertainment business in general. I love my wife and want a family more than I want a traveling music career.

Thats good, Doug Sewell is my brother and he sure thinks alot of ya. I had to post this video on his myspace page. Doug is going full time with amps now with PRS.

Thanks, man. I don't play with these guys anymore. Five years was enough for me. We sure played a lot of gigs together. Close to a thousand shows, probably.
