Basically a complex slow burning carbohydrate, will fuel you through your workout. I had a club sparring session and all I ate was protein, I felt heavy and sluggish and realised I forgot to incorporate any good carbs like bananas, or oatmeal or brown rice.
i just think it dosent matter what food you eat just eat 3hours befor you do sparring... and dont scary when you do it thats the best way to beat every one
