This video was filmed in the lab at the University of Western Ontario for an academic research study. The study looked at the differences between sprint interval training (what I'm doing in this video) and long-endurance cardio. The before and after resutls were astounding with the sprint interval group having identical performace improvements and slightly better body composition improvements. The novel part is that the sprint inteval group exercised for a total of 45 minutes whereas the long-endurance cardio group exercised for 13.5 hours!

I'm also try to find a way to run on a manual treadmill with a harness.
