Rather bloody good, actually. Try listening to "The Journey" and some of his earlier solo stuff. Quite groundbreaking.

dont compare them. just dont. theres no point in comparing guitarists that are entirely different. i dont know why half of the people at youtube are too dumb to understand that it is useless to post such crappy comments like "yngwie malmsteen kicks kurt cobains ass on guitar" or "albert king plays way better than joe satriani".
