Most people in the job market are faced with the challenge of having their resume being submitted with a variety of other job seekers.

Have you ever wondered "how to get YOUR resume to stand out" - if so - this may inspire you to take the time to think how you can REALLY be appealing to the human resources person looking at your resume.

Most people are familiar with SOCIAL MEDIA - however, they are often confused with "how to use social media" - it is different than "social networking".

What I have done is taken this video and placed it on my blog. When you strategically place the link within your resume - the chances INCREASE for the human resources representative will take a look - thus increasing your chances for an interview.

There is a FREE web based resume service available - however - there are two drawbacks.

One being that there are only a limited number of templates and two that once the popularity increases, your "coolniqueness" diminishes.
