  • 7 Kilometers deep hole????

  • i'll stick to a workover rig. our blowouts can get controlled by stabbing it with a TIW. Nothing on this scale, i hope the the only thing that happened to that crew was having to throw up some crude.

  • i aint got a clue bout this sort of thing so i'll firstly say cool vid, but why is the film edited? the bloke jus disapears and why can you hear a plane or summat?

  • hmm.....no BOP?

  • driller shoulda been watchin his pressure guage ay?

  • I've been on two blowouts on the first the rig burnt down and the derrick hand was killed and shows what I've tried to explain.

  • I cant wait 4 things to slow down so all you damn worms will go back to flipping bugers,it took a half hour to get my cheese burger yesterday.

  • yup ill trhird that it was a blowout dint get the b.o.p closed in time

  • Also it says 23,000 Drilling Depth. They still have a shit load of pipe racked back. When I worked on Nabors 797 we were drilling between 20,000+ feet That leaves 10,000 feet of (POOH) Which I think it's less than that still racked back as shown in the video. It's just to hard to count the rows to see just how much it really is. God I need to get back to work. Fuck, Fight, and Trip Pipe!

  • I agree Allison.. He's a dumbass.. So lets see. Say you have about 51 SPM on #1 Pump, and 50 SPM on #2 Pump you have drilled out about 8000 feet. You are going to see about 2100+ PSI depending on other factors. Then you have Mud Motors. 85% Pressure in the Drill String, and 15% in the Annulus. The failed box in a possiblity.. They do have a black leg, and that is Surface casing on the racks. So did they take a Surface kick? Or more like you said.. A Box Blowout?
