My Droid crashed..... for the umpteenth time

FACTS about my Droid experience.

Crashed during a phone call. Totally gay + lame moment
Permacrashed when I first turned it on (out of the box) - Had to remove battery
Browser randomly crashes a lot! Sweet
Youtube videos won't work sometimes. "This video cannot be played", "Hmm ok, why is that..?"
Number of crashes..at least twice a day.

To be fair - According to the Motorola forums a few other people are experiencing these issues and the only fix is to return it and get it replaced. Most users haven't had a problem since replacement. I'm guessing I Just got one of the dhur dee phones. It's a shame though isn't it? What a failure. The guy from customer service was right...I should just replace it. Thanks customer service guy! I don't know why I didn't trust you and told myself that it was just a temporary problem..

**UPDATE**
I returned the phone, got a new one and it's working fine.

@MrLOKILLO15 I suggest you look at comparisons between the droid and newer android devices. The droid definitely has its issues so I can't wholeheartedly recommend. I've hacked/overclocked my droid and its amazing but other than that I dunno...

@SpiderRaven86 OK, first of all. Pay the fuck attention you dumb shit. The phone has a HARDWARE ISSUE. This has absolutely nothing to do with the software. It is a manufacturing flaw that affected MANY first batch Droids. I know much more than you when it comes to Droids so don't even tell me about that lame Recovery BS. It wouldn't help. I'm gonna leave your comment here so other people can see how epically you failed just now btw....Rooted Droid doesn't make you pro buddy.

You need to send your phone back immediately before the 30 day thingy is up. The phones aren't supposed to do this at all, it's a fault with the first batch of phones (as usual). If they give you a hard time, make a video of it so that they don't think you're just bullshitting. Good luck.

I couldn't agree with you more. I've had mine for about 6 months and now it won't let me open any apps without crashing them.I've already had Verizon do a hard reset on it and it is till crap.

Verizon's stupid droid update crashed my fone... wat kinda mess is dat??? now i gotta pay 50 bc it has a crack on da screen.
