@derek2g some say its because his ma told him to keep his hand pretty for his stagecraft, so he painted his nails to poke fun at her, and then it just stuck. others say he does it to prove you wont notice, as a sort of comentary on misderection. my theory is it just grows that color.

Penn, you of all people should understand the power of theater, and willing anticipation. I think Teller has it right. Sean does have a resemblance to his father but the fact you were in a Beatles environment, were led into your own memories by Paul, and then to see Yoko and some one with her in a version of what John used to wear, and it could have been an extra pulled from the back lot, you probably would have had the same immediate emotional reaction. Doesn't make it any less special.

@brittnaynichhole But she has narrow lips herself, and a much wider mouth? He has a strong resemblance to John, but he's not identical. He has a wider face, but nowhere near as wide as Yoko's. But it's his facial features which looks like John's, sort of a softened/modified form of his features ( incl. the nose! ). I mean, he has a tall forehead, narrow mouth, long nose etc, etc... . He looks like both, but it's more obvious that he resemble his father, maybe because as he is a man?
