Well another way you can get that heart tank is to use the Flame Stag weapon, charge it, and dash to it. I did it that way since I didn't know how to get the bike over there.

Heres something I foudn out my accident the other day. You can actually dash UNDER the sword beam thing Agile uses when its at its ground level its kinda crazy you just barely squeek under it ^^
