I tried using a pencil liner and black shadow over it today and it still bled to the corner of my eyes and after 4-5 hrs is almost gone. Does the Qtip really help that much? And is the difference between the pencil liner and the gel liner great enough to help prevent bleeding/gathering/smudging/ru­nning ect.?

I did this and it kinda made my eye red for like 5 days.... Just on one eye Idk why jut one eye but yeah /:
