I guess in a way Amway does work. It certainly works very hard to part you from your money and your friends. Seven years of working the system just as I had been instructed and all I had to show for it was a much lighter bank account and a few less friends. Oh, and as ass load of useless books and tapes.

My monthly check doesn't fit to your comments. As in any activity in this world, there are people who won't do anything, others will stay and few will succeed to high levels. It is up to each person to decide where they want to be and pay the prize requested. In the way up to top recognition levels you learn to treat people and become a better person. That will make you a leader. Amway just put a system there. The one who wants can use it; the one how doesn't won't.

You will break even in Amway earning once you get above 150 people in the group. So before those, all you make are losses. Most IBO quit because it took way to long to get to tht number, and losses piled up already. Amway system works , but you gotta keep getting people. or you will see yearly revenue of 1500, aannd minus all cost = negative number (yearly) for starter. loss & cost goes up once you get higher ranks, then goes down when you reach that breakeven point. to start seeing results.

Yeah, I remember back in my first couple of years in the business I was like you, always willing to go toe to toe to defend it and did the whole standing on a chair at functions shaking my fist in the air chanting things like "flush that job" and Rah rah rah Amway, then after a couple more years the hypocrisy of the Britt organization started to creep in, then the reality soon followed. Its not about admitting anything. Honestly why would i lie. If this didnt work i would be just as quick as you to say dont do it. So i guess im the few that WILL make money in this. Not like the other guys who dont because they quit or dont do it correctly.
