"Regain respect around the world"? America has the respect of most except for the usual suspects (China, Russia, Iran, Syria, No Kor, Mexico, Venezuela) Otherwise, everyone else is good (Israel, Jpn, East Eur., Aust, UK, Spain, Denmark, Egypt, Col., India) or recently elected pro-U.S. folks (France, Ger., Afgh. , Iraq, Sierra Leone, Vietnam) so Bush is doing fine.
Clinton, meanwhile, may not be popular in places like Rwanda where she was silent while 800,000 blacks were butchered.
