I would lease beats for $20-$50...trust lots of peeps charge low prices for leases because it adds up. Exclusives can be from $150 and up, but dont ever set prices for exclusives discuss it with the customer, if they cant afford the exclusives they will be happy to get a lease.

i dont think its fair to only work with people who have videos i think you should like arrange sum other way like call them or meet them in person.

Sell demo rights for like 5-10 bucks, lease for as much as you want like 20-100$ and sell exclusivly(only one person has the right to use) for 200-300$

the fact that you produce very good instrumentals and they sound beyond professional is outstanding! if i were you, i'd be getting grands for your instrumentals! your very talented! what you should do is go to professional artist and try selling it to them!! I'm for sure some big name artist would want to have you produce for them! leasing? idk, your not selling our self short! but you really should be going for high numbers too! =)
