Starr and James Scenes: 1-9-12

As the doctors work on Cole in the hospital, Luna appears. Cole's spirit rises from his body. He takes Luna's hand and leaves with her. Starr pleads with the doctor for an update, as Cole realizes Luna's dead and wonders if he is too. She only says they're somewhere between Heaven and Hell. Luna comforts him when Cole starts talking about how much he's hurt Starr and Hope. Maybe he's better off dead. A set of doors open abruptly. Luna urges Cole to listen carefully. He hears Starr... Back in the hospital, Starr pleads with Cole to fight, to come back to her and Hope. James appears just as Starr admits she never stopped loving Cole and never plans to.

In another area of the hospital, Jessica and James await news on Ford. Jessica wonders if James found Starr. James only wants to concentrate on Ford right now. As Luna, Megan and Gabrielle watch from afar, Ford and Cole's family and friends gather in the waiting area of the hospital. A doctor appears, as Luna admits, "I could only save one."

I'm sorry but Starr is not wrong for what she told Cole. She as and always will love him & she admitted it today. I only feel bad for James bc his brother may or does die but I will not feel bad for him bc of what Starr has said. He knew that Starr would not be over Cole, she broke up with him not bc she wanted to but bc Cole asked her too; that is why she was so heartbroken but cole did it bc it was unfair to Starr to wait for him. Cole needs to stay alive for both Hope & Starr. If he lives....

I understand that Cole is a more "legendary" character than James and Ford, but, come on, it was even Brandon Buddy! They brought back Cole because of Starr and his history, but I think would have been better to just keep James and Starr together instead of putting a random actor with Starr. If they wanted to bring back Cole, they should have brought back Brandon Buddy.

Sorry Ford should have been the one to die and the writers got it right. Cole is the son of two legendary characters (Patrick & Marty), killing off Cole would have never made sense. Ford was not a legendary character and he has no family relations to a legend, the close he got to a legend was Jess.
