This is a demo of my php+ajax knowlegde. It represents the way i put articles on my http://www.infoservis.org site.
In admin part, you will see RSS feeds i take from local Serbian media. Clicking on some of them, i get a list of recently published items. Click on item, and in middle part you will see 'cropped' article.

Cropped means that my program grabbed the full page from original source and removed everything except the articles itself and images. The middle part is used for preview purposes, just to check if everything went fine.
You also have an option to place article in specified category, like Film (movies), Muzika (music), Zanimljivosti (fun), Auto Moto (cars and motors) etc. When you press green check mark, the images will be copied to my server (not holinked), resized to no more than 300x200px and article saved in database.
If you click on 'original', you will see how the original article looks.

Of course, if publisher changes the way it shows articles or changes it's CMS, installed modules will not work. But, i haven't seen changes in any of this for more than a year, and writting new 'grabber' is a 1hour job.

I am sorry for not placing some voice over the video that explains the actions, but it is pretty straight-forward. Also, you must undestand how RSS works; when you receive RSS list of items, you see much shorter version of article. To read it, you must go to provided link and read entire page. In my program, article is inteligentlly grabbed from that page. Nice, ain't it? :)

Keep in mind that this is still a Work-in-Progress stuff. If you want the same thing for your blog or site, send me PM here.
