Build or buy shelving. Imagine your food pantry with no shelves and just having bins full of stuff stacked on each other and how much of a pain it would be to see what you have and get what you want. Now re-imagine your shelves and realize that the key to organizing is shelving units. :) The more shelves you have, the better organized you can be. drawers are "OK" but shelves are the most useful for most things (in my opinion).
