Cardio or fitness boxing is rated as one of the best forms of exercise because it conditions and tones the entire body, and builds strength, endurance, stamina, balance, agility and coordination at the same time. The weight loss and toning benefits of our program are a big benefit to having a blast workout out.
Our boxing program begins with a solid warm up consisting of various jump rope and cardio drills to get you in the "fat-burning zone", abs and core work for a tight midsection and shadowboxing combined with fun, short-burst agility drills.
The rest of the boxing workout consists of several intervals of hard-hitting combinations on the heavy bag, punching dummy, focus mitts, and MMA grappling dummy combined with lower body toning additional abs and core intervals and lower body toning. There is no actual sparring with an actual opponent compared to some other competitive boxing programs in Colorado Springs.   • Hi! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some super things about it and my mate got ripped Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.
