In the wake of the recent terrorist attacks in Mumbai, what should the Indian government do to combat terrorism?

TRANSLATION:

What is your name? Where are you from? When the Mumbai attacks happened, where were you and how did you feel? Has anything changed in Varanasi? How is the government doing? How should they get rid of all this?

ANSWERS:

My name is Babloo and I am from Varanasi. It was very sad to see the Mumbai attacks. Lots of change has come in Varanasi. The security is tight and people are scared. The leaders and government here is not good. The people need to take action. Where there is rule of the people, that is where things will go well. Here, there is rule of the government. If you go 600 km from here to Kolkata, you will see the rule of the people. The benefits which people have there cannot be received here.
