what "affordable costs" are you talking about? When Steve jobbs proposed the prices his colleagues thought he was crazy because they were so high. I'm not saying steve jobbs wasn't a visionary, I'm just saying that almost all apple products are extremely overpriced.

@Thespeakerofmanytru8 You're totally wrong about Steve. He was not heartless, and his "authoritarian" view of technology was based on a desire to change the world -- which he accomplished. He did NOT ask for ridiculous amount of money for his products. In fact, when John Sculley tried to increase the price of the original Macintosh from $1,995 to $2,495 to cover marketing costs, Steve fought him tooth and nail. Steve wanted it to be priced as affordably as possible.
