@915olivares1 I read in Prevention that speed walking is the best for getting rid of excess, unhealthy fats all over the body and around the belly. Running is for more intense training (maybe a couple of times a week instead of every day?)

I don't see much difference between her normal and speed walk.

@MutenKami Well i think speedwalking for long term and running for short term. I usually combine 2 running and speedwalk style to improve my stamina.
