    i agree, quit meth. drink coffee before meditation, atleast 4-5 espresso shots must be included. also, a good poop will help relax the hamstrings. poop atleast 5-6 times daily

    try it again and again. it will work sooner or later I promise you! when I started a few months ago I couldn't let my thoughts go, I was thinking about my friends, family, daily issues etc. so keep practicing. What's most  important: concentrate on your breath (through nose) throughout the whole mediation. this will help you to let go of your thoughts.
