They're interdimensional, not intergalactic. Many ufologists have come to this conclusion. Many say they are comparable to demons. Some, including David Flynn, are Christians. There is a very reasonable conclusion that God does exist and these are the fallen angels talked about in Genesis 6. Look up Chuck Missler's commentary on the Nephilim.

Why is it so hard to comun sense to understand that we are not really alone in the universe?

stop ... analyze the size of our universe, we need not even go that far, consider the size of our galaxy and try to imagine the amount of existing stars in it and consider that the 554 planets confirmed by science today, are all located in the 200 closest stars.
