very nice, i train under 6th generation of spm chow gar tong long, 9th degree grandmaster henry sue, it is a very sensitive and explosive art..correct... but also it is a very practical art.. that is what most do not understand

The form in the beginning is Yee Kup Sarm Bo Jin. It's used to develop the 'gen' or short range, explosive power essential in SPM. BTW-this guy is the heir disciple to Ip Chee Keung, son of the legendary Ip Shui. Suffice to say he knows SPM.
