  • 2nd stage Sarm Bo Jin is not easy to disclose to the public. Sifu Paul demonstrates all our essential practical arts of Chow Gar in this video is really suprising me.I recall back to 30 years ago, a skinny boy from U.K. 5'some, student of Chee Keung appeared in Ip Sui's birthday presentation party.I verbally bet with your Sifu that you will have no patience to learn our dull, painfull grinding & clumsy Kung Fu.However, Paul's hard working & struggling makes him successful on SPM. Well done Paul.

  • very nice, i train under 6th generation of spm chow gar tong long, 9th degree grandmaster henry sue, it is a very sensitive and explosive art..correct... but also it is a very practical art.. that is what most do not understand

  • The form in the beginning is Yee Kup Sarm Bo Jin. It's used to develop the 'gen' or short range, explosive power essential in SPM. BTW-this guy is the heir disciple to Ip Chee Keung, son of the legendary Ip Shui. Suffice to say he knows SPM.

  • sooooooo many hand techniques in that form.

  • chek out my channel im currently practicing northern mantis

  • well explained... wowed me at the end... fast hands and looks acurate.

  • Nice one mate it's good to see the form performed properly for a change I see a few dudes on youtube making chow gar look bad :(

  • Great stuff!

  • This is the UK representative of Chow Gar Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu, Sifu Paul Whitrod. The video clip is the introduction to his instructional series.

  • nice to see another southern mantis practictioner. Where do you practice? how long?
