Steam at the Wartburgblick. Eisenach, Germany. 27/10/2011

Steam action at the famous Wartburgblick viewpoint during "Dampf Trifft Kies 5" in the Werratal, Thuringen, Germany on 27/10/2011. 41-1144 heads up the bank towards Foertha tunnel with a passenger train for Meiningen. After a 2 hour wait (time for a picnic) 44-2546 & 44-1486 storm past with a freight.

hey that scenes are familiar to me (including the long break) :-) I guess i was there at the/for the same time.... only a few metres towards the track. My position was exactly on the track they have removed. Was yours before the bushes ? Greetz from Germany
