The actual snow on the ground is 32.5 inches measured, far less than western Iowa, after all the evaporation and melting that has happened thus far.
They are doing as best they can, given the circumstances. So much has to do with residents parking on the wrong side, or pushing their snow into the street. It sure makes it challenging.
