@Casper39500 Yes it is possible to breast feed art breast enlargement surgery. This is because the implants are placed behind the breast tissue which will behave normally. Many women successfully breast feed after breast enlargement.

@donitard there are more people than you think that don't fit with their body and would feel more THEMSELVES with a breast augment., accept it. if you don't want a girlfriend that made this operation you are free, but you can't say that there will be man that will love them for who they really are. THEY DON'T DO IT FOR YOU:THEY DO IT FOR THEMSELVES.

If you could drive a Ferrari, why wouldn't you do it if it makes you more happy and comfortable???? and don't say that you have to accept yourself.
