Swenson is a good human being, he learned yoga himself, then did everything in his power to teach it to others. He wrote a very useful book, did many demonstrations was never guided by his ego. May God bless him, and thanks for the instructive video.

This yoga practice is more than being flexible and cannot be compared to a circus act. This is not a performance, it is a spiritual practice ;)
I love him, so inspirational.
Practice makes perfect. Practice, practice, practice, is all that's important. Perfection is what is... All is perfect.

I think he's awesome. I have a few of his dvds.

Quite marvelous yoga practice, and I like the guy too (as moving picture and sound). Very inspiring that the guy's over 50 too. But that's definetly not "perfect" physically. Circus acts might have much more flexibility, strenght and difficult moves. As performance art, yoga's not the most spectacular one. Except maybe for those doing it.

Thanks for posting this. As for your comment on him, I respectfully say that his practice, his actions and his being speak by himself. All the best. Om, Patricia Varela.
if you are looking for 'perfection' in yoga, you are missing the point BIG TIME.

I'm not sure what chowchow is trying to say...it was a beautiful sequence of asana, showing grace, strength, flexibility, and most of all, being in the moment, which is really what I think this practice of yoga is about. what 'perfection' are you looking for?
thanks for posting it, though!
