what part of orissa? coz i know some places in orissa that is well developed but this one seems not.

@bamboonit Thanks for your comment. Balangir is one of the "KBK" KandhamalBalangirKalahandhi districts. In the western interior area of Orissa they are considered 'sick' districts by the government standards due to extreme poor conditions including poverty, and health.
